A Dubbo man has pleaded not guilty to charges of supplying drugs after police raided his home and discovered 23 grams of either ice, heroin or speed on Wednesday.
Magistrate Howard Hamilton refused Manuel Delia bail at Dubbo local court yesterday, on the grounds that if bail was granted “further offences could be committed”.

Analysis of what kind of drugs were found has not yet been determined.
As Delia was removed from the court room yesterday his partner cried out “Are you kidding me, he hasn’t done anything wrong,”.

The prosecution said that Delia may have access firearms and could be a danger to the community.
Magistrate Hamilton asked about Delia having access to firearms and the prosecutor replied that there was one locked container discovered in the house.
